She worked exclusively on the upper West side before opening her own studio, Hylton Hair Design. After discovering the Hudson Valley and working locally for six years, the idea for Hylton Hundt Salon was formed. Janice, along with her cutting skills, has used her creative and analytical mind to hone a specialty in hair color formulation and color correction. There she trained with stylists as well as the former artistic director of Vidal Sasoon of London, Roger Thompson. Additionally Bonnie was personal assistant on photo shoots to Edward Tricomi of Warren Tricomi Salons.
